Cancellation framework
Every confirmed booking must show a category-appropriate cancellation schedule before payment. The specific accepted confirmation prevails over this overview.
This is a substantive operational draft, not legal advice. Spanish consumer, travel, maritime, aviation, tax and data-protection counsel must approve the final contracting entity and jurisdiction clauses before ZAVYNE accepts payments.
Clear before commitment
The quote identifies refundable and non-refundable amounts, deadlines in the property or operator’s local time, change fees, and treatment of taxes, deposits and committed third-party costs.
Operational and safety cancellation
A Partner cancellation, unsafe sea state, aircraft operational restriction, severe weather or authority decision may trigger a refund, credit, reschedule or alternate itinerary according to the confirmed category terms and mandatory law. A guest preference change is not automatically treated as an operational cancellation.
Evidence and refunds
Refund calculations should be itemised. Refund timing depends on the original payment method and provider processing, and ZAVYNE will show the status in the account when payments are enabled.
