Privacy notice

This notice describes the personal information ZAVYNE expects to process for accounts, private enquiries, partner verification and marketplace operations.

Pre-launch legal review notice

This is a substantive operational draft, not legal advice. Spanish consumer, travel, maritime, aviation, tax and data-protection counsel must approve the final contracting entity and jurisdiction clauses before ZAVYNE accepts payments.

Information we use

We may use account identity, contact details, private profile and bio, booking preferences, guest or passenger details, messages, device and security records, payment status, and partner business, licence, insurance and verification information.

Sensitive identity and verification documents should be collected only through approved secure storage, never ordinary email, once that workflow is enabled.

Why we use it

Purposes include providing accounts and requested services, preparing and administering bookings, verifying Partners, preventing fraud, keeping audit records, responding to legal duties and—with consent where required—sending relevant marketplace communications.

The lawful basis may be contract, steps requested before contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests in a secure curated marketplace, or consent depending on the activity.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only as needed with the relevant Partner, concierge and operations staff, authentication, hosting, database, payment, messaging and professional service providers, or authorities where legally required. It is not sold.

Retention periods will be set by data category and applicable Spanish and EU obligations. Unsuccessful enquiries should be removed or anonymised when no longer needed; booking, tax, fraud and verification records may require longer retention.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your local supervisory authority.

Questions or formal notices may be sent to hello@deepbridgeadvisory.co.uk until ZAVYNE publishes its final legal entity and registered-office details.
